MyFolks’ Business

Be there at the right moment.

People come to MyFolks to talk through everyday problems — a leaking pipe, a dying houseplant, a strange engine noise, a wedding to plan. Mid-conversation, they realise they need a real person or service.

That is the moment your business appears.

A Folk can work out what is wrong. It cannot turn a wrench or build the site. It points at someone who can — it does not replace them, it partners.

No bidding. No auctions. A match is not for sale.

A bigger budget cannot make you relevant to a conversation you do not fit.

What actually reaches you — and what does not

Report. We give you a recommendation log — the time, and the other information around each match — so you can tune your business and your keywords for better results.

No leads. Nothing about the person is passed to you: not their name, not their message. Your listing is shown to them, and it is entirely their decision whether to get in touch using the contact details you published. Anyone who contacts you chose to.

  4. You see where it matched Which of your keywords fired, which Folk was being talked to, the region, and what the person did with it.
  5. When the recommendation counter runs out, it pauses The listing stays public and reachable and simply stops being put in front of anyone. Add more whenever you want; they do not expire on a clock.
